Rebecca "the wrecker" Lobach
Just as Neokrat immediately suspected based on many past incidents, the pilot of the Blackhawk helicopter that crashed, apparently wilfully, into a plane from Kansas, was a female military reservist. She was also "lesbian sympathetic" woman who even occupied a low-ranking position in the Biden White House.
After Russian bot accounts ran prematurely with the story that it was a "transwoman" (i.e. a biological male who "identifies" as a real woman), the identity of the deadly pilot has now been released.

Capt. Rebecca Lobach, 28, of Durham, North Carolina, was identified as...the pilot...of the Black Hawk flight that collided with American Eagle Flight 5342 around 9 p.m. Wednesday evening near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. All 67 people aboard the helicopter and airplane died in the crash... Lobach commissioned into the Army from the Reserve Officers' Training Corps program at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill... She commissioned as an active-duty aviation officer in the summer of 2019...Lobach was flying in the Black Hawk helicopter with Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Eaves, 39, of Great Mills, Maryland, and Staff Sgt. Ryan O'Hara, 28, of Lilburn, Georgia. All three were with Bravo Company, 12th Aviation Battalion, out of Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
The delay in releasing the name of Lobach was used by her family to suspiciously scrub her social media accounts to protect the various "progressive" causes she favoured from criticism in the wake of what appears to some observers to have been a deliberate act of aviation terrorism.

It has not yet been officially confirmed that Lobach, who appears to be of Norwegian or German descent, was in control of the helicopter when it erratically flew into Flight 5342, but, as she was the only woman on board and thus the only possible pilot "fast-tracked" into this dangerous and demanding role by the Pentagon's DEI agenda, this seems highly likely.
Also, supporting the theory that she was in charge of the $10-million Blackhawk helicopter before it cruelly ended the lives of over 60 innocent people is the fact that she was apparently there to clock up more flight hours and to be evaluated for further fast-tracked promotion.
Although sympathetic to LGBTQ+ issues, it is not yet known whether Lobach identified as a Lesbian herself. This fact should become apparent in the near future.
