Unless your Russian of course, because, according to verifiable data from Data World (2021), the most "elite-dominated" society in Europe is in fact Putin's Russia, with the top 1% owning 48% of the wealth. Erdogan's Turkey is 2nd place with 37% owned by the top 1%. Countries like Belgium and Holland, by contrast, are much more "democratic" in terms of wealth distribution.
