AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM WITH "OVER-DEMOCRACY"

My view of the Trump case is simple, clear, and irrefutable. Almost everybody of a similar prominence and career complexity could, in theory, be strung up the way Trump has been.

To illustrate my point, nobody even knows how many laws there are in the United States. Just sticking to Federal laws, current estimates range anywhere from between 15,000 to 50,000 laws. And this is just at the Federal level. In fact, there are so many laws that you wouldn't even notice if you broke several hundred of them. There are also countless laws that you might see that would simply seem arcane, pointless, arbitrary, or somewhat ambiguous. It would only be natural to assume that most people ignore or "fudge" them, so why should you go out of your way to strictly adhere to them? This seems to be what happened in this case.

Anyway, the main point is there is always enough rope to hang anybody, and this is what the Deep State is doing in this case. I don't get any sense from any of this that Trump did anything actually wrong in a nasty criminal sense. This is not to say he isn't a dumb, arrogant shit magnet, as he clearly is. But that was never a problem until he got this close to power.

Of course, any Deep State hit like this will have plausible deniability. Yup, it's just a local prosecutor and a local jury sticking to the law, and has nothing whatsoever to do with the Biden administration, etc., etc.

Also, the trial seems to have been conducted along the proper lines, and Trump was allowed a proper defence, blah, blah, blah. That's all good and true, but we also know that if it were someone else, a word would have been whispered here, a string pulled there, and the case would have ended up inexplicably in the long grass. When the Deep State takes you down, there is usually no smoking gun, although there is often a pungent smell in the air, as there is here.

Now most people take an understandably dim view of the Deep State. In fact, this is quite a "normie" take these days. But the Deep State can also have a certain utility and justification.

In this case, you have to answer the question: "Why is the Deep State picking on "poor wittle" Donnie Trump?" The definition of mental mediocrity is not to see what you believe in one or two moves ahead.
The Trumptards and the DR will answer the "Why Donald?" question with "muh Satanic forces" or the "muh evil J**s" etc.

"The Deep State" itself has become a term that is now used to conjure up adrenochrome-maxxing paedophiles! The effect of all this dumbfuckery is to cast Trump as some sort Christ-like paragon of virtue, holiness, and innocence. Is that the hill they really wish to die on?

"I propose that we're too dumb to understand America
without gatekeeper media or the Deep State"

Instead, maybe there are very good reasons why the Deep State would want to take Donnie down. Whether you agree with these reasons or not, I believe they exist and have much to do with the main structural weakness of the United States as a political entity, and the way that Russia, in particular, was able to hack the system in order to promote its own agenda.

If you don't believe me on this, perhaps a good starting point is just to consider the way vital military aid to the Ukraine was delayed by Congress for over six months, mainly by what used to be the "hawkish" element in the US system.

There can be legitimate and illegitimate reasons for a Deep State to function. It is clear that Russia has been completely controlled by its own Deep State since at least the advent of Putin. This seems excessive to me, and the result -- half a million Russians killed or wounded in the Ukraine and the economy gutted and mortgaged to the Chinese -- bears this out.

In the West, the Deep State characteristically operates in harmony and conjunction with the Democratic state, helping it to avoid the weaknesses and contradictions that democracy throws up with increasingly frequency.

In Britain, I believe we see the Deep State, in the person of Keir Starmer, taking a hand in gelding the Labour Party so that it can enter government without disrupting Britain's complex international security arrangements and the hard fountain of its soft and financial power. You might disagree with this agenda, but it is clearly a more proportionate use of Deep State power than what the out-of-control Russian Deep State is up to.

In the West the Deep State exists because of what I call "over-democracy." This is simply the idea that stupid, selfish, low-IQ narrow-minded voters (increasingly subverted by outside forces) create an element of dysfunction in the system. The "good" Deep State attempts to correct and filter for this.

In the case of America, Trump was part of this phenomenon. At first he was pushed by the Kremlin, through weaponised social media, in order to merely cause turbulence and division in America's political system. To give Hillary a bump in the road, so to speak.

When Trump unexpectedly won, the op was expanded to turbo-charge America's isolationist tendencies, even as the American Deep State started to hit back (therein lies a story in itself). The end result of all this was the America First takeover of most of the Republican Party and thousands of under-armed Ukrainians dying.

Now, many people will agree with the premise of all this, namely that America should be isolationist and that Ukraine can go and hang. But, whether you like it or not, the USA has been the globalist hegemon since WWII. Without it, the international system that has underpinned unprecedented global prosperity and relative peace for over 70 years, would come undone.

This might be a good thing and it might not. My guess is it would be rather messy and create a world where the military sector would be around ten times what it is today, along with plummeting freedom and living standards. You could probably forget your foreign holidays and say hello to various forms of rationing. Again, that might not be entirely a bad thing, as freedom and rising living standards have a downside, but it is definitely not something America is culturally equipped for, and America would probably suffer more than most countries which can switch from "Babylonian" to "Spartan" with greater agility.

Regardless of these "what ifs" and global consequences, the true role of the Deep State is to focus on the broader nature of whichever state it inhabits, and defend what it sees as its longer-term interests. In some senses it is rather like a geopolitical Supreme Court.

In the case of Britain, this meant getting rid of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn on trumped up anti-Semitism charges some years ago, and putting the Labour Party into a safe pair of hands.

In the case of America, the co-option and weaponisation of Trump and the America First movement by "outside actors" (mainly Russian but not just Russian) was a clear call to action by the US Deep State. Among all the pieces of rope lying around to hang him with, the most readily available was Stormy Daniels, the hush money she was paid, and the messy way it was entered into the accounts.

But even though Trump has been hamstrung in this way, he is not yet down and out. He can appeal, and the American electorate might be pushed and prompted to view him as a victim of lawfare, which he is.

But even if they can take down Trump, America has an accelerating problem with "over-democracy," the nation's dumb, low-IQ, parochial, narrow-minded and easily subverted voters, without any kind of responsible media to lead them, are an increasingly poor fit for the complex global economic and security role that America has to play.

My guess is that in the years ahead, the US Deep State is going to be working extremely hard, maybe even as hard as, if not harder than  the Russian Deep State.

SHORTPOD (95) BRITAIN'S LONG-TERM LEARNING CURVE: IMMIGRATION AND A TWO-TIER SOCIETY

Also available on Bitchute and Odysee

The general election is underway in the UK. A major paradox is that Britain is an "immigrationy" country that dislikes immigration. It wants to give it up but it knows it can't. Colin Liddell argues that it is time for British politics to break out of the sterile debates of the past and look at the "inevitability of immigration" in new and radical ways that protect the power, rights, and privileges of the British people (however you define them). The learning curve is clear. The only question is, will people follow it?

BRITAIN'S YOUTHS TO BE CONSCRIPTED INTO "LABOUR DEATH BATTALIONS" TO BUILD PATHS THROUGH SWAMPS SO THAT BOOMERS CAN FEED THE DUCKS

An artist's impression of how the new policy will look (ducks not shown)

In a move that is certain to see him re-elected, Britain's strongman leader Rishi Sunak has announced a daring new policy that will see Britain's shiftless population of teenagers conscripted into "Labour Death Battalions." They will then be marched out into the countryside at gunpoint, and forced to build "voluntary" paths through Britain's swampy terrain so that their boomer overlords can keep their feet dry when they go to feed the ducks.

The new policy, which is already a vote winner with viewers of GBNews, is thought to be inspired by Cambodian strong-man Pol Pot, who famously marched millions of the less productive members of his society out into the rice paddies and then worked them to death in the 1970s. Western approval of this act was signalled at the 1984 Academy Awards by awarding the movie celebrating this event, "The Killing Fields," several Oscars, including best cinematography.

TATTOOS GIVE YOU CANCER (NOT SO COOL NOW, BRO)

All the cool people with tats must be kicking themselves after it was revealed that getting tattooed greatly increases you risk of cancer. Yes, seriously...

As reported by the Metro:

Having a tattoo could increase your risk of developing a rare type of cancer by 21%, a new study has found. Researchers in Sweden found a potential link between tattoos and cancer in the lymphatic system, known as lymphoma. Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer that affects the immune system.

The researchers, from Lynd University, wanted to investigate the relationship between tattoos and long time health effects, as academic knowledge in this area is poor. [...]

The researchers looked at 11,905 people – 2,938 of the group, aged between 20 and 60 years old, had lymphoma. Of those participants, 54% answered the questionnaire about tattoos and 47% of the control group, who did not have lymphoma, did the same. In the group with lymphoma, 21% were tattooed (289 people), compared to 18% in the control group without a lymphoma diagnosis (735 people). After looking at other factors such as smoking and age, the researchers found that the risk of developing lymphoma was 21% higher among those who were tattooed.

The researchers also found that the size of the tattoo did not matter – so having a full-body tattoo did not increase the risk any more than a smaller tattoo would.

So basically, if you look like this...

...or this...

...you're fucked. And you will probably go to Hell as well.

WHO'S WHO IN THE DISSIDENT RIGHT: CARL BENJAMIN (SARGON OF AKKAD)

Cosy triggering in progress

A middle-aged (b. 1979) late Gen-X YouTuber with a soft, pudgy, sub-masculine appearance and an over-compensatory "man beard" to offset it.

A good speaker, if somewhat boring and milquetoast for most in the Dissident Right. His "ideological pose" is that of a "liberal/leftist" individualist regretfully forced into the "so-called far-right" by the "madness of the woke mob."

He has a range of plausible but, on examination, often disingenuous and intellectually dishonest arguments. For example, his main critique of the Left can be characterised, without too much unfairness, as saying that the Left's "love of diversity" is undercut by its "love of equality" because equality and diversity are opposites, etc.
Whatever one thinks of "diversity" or "equality" this is essentially a bullshit argument, as the Left clearly mean cultural and racial diversity and political and economic equality.

In fact, as mentioned here, the emphasis on equality in the modern West is really just a social harmonisation device created by Western societies' inevitable ingestion of demographic diversity due to the low-fertility caused by exactly the same kind of liberal individualism that Benjamin elsewhere embraces.

His family name is apparently of Sephardic Jewish origin, which could also explain why he initially operated under the mask of "Sargon of Akkad" (a Semitic king of ancient Mesopotamia). This was presumably to avoid the anti-Semitism that is rife on the internet. At one time, he claimed to be part "Caribbean," implying Black, although this seems to have been just more of his bullshit.

He first rose to prominence during Gamergate (usually a sign that someone is a geek/nerd and has problems relating to girls), participated in various livestreams during the "blood sports" era, most notoriously with Richard Spencer, became part of the Alt-Lite, and went on to play a relatively important part in fringe British politics, being brought into UKIP when it was still vaguely relevant.

He continues to do livestreams and videos, "cosy-triggering" his target audience of slightly discombobulated, nerdy, young midwits, suffused with incel ressentiment.

WTF IS GOING ON IN NEW CALEDONIA?

Banning TikTok will make this all go away

The debate over banning foreign controlled social media has a new talking point, after the French government banned TikTok in its Pacific New Caledonia territory. The territory has recently seen intercommunal riots that have killed at least six.

The French government previously blamed the Chinese-owned platform for helping rioters organise and promote violence during riots last year in mainland France. Its reasons for banning TikTok in New Caledonia must be based on those reasons.

France has been trying to strengthen its hold on the Pacific territory against ongoing independence moves by indigenous Melanesians by changing local election laws to allow people who have lived in New Caledonia for 10 years to vote. This would mean that many French citizens living in mainland France, but with past ties to the island territory, would be allowed to vote in any independence referendums. Such voters would be unlikely to support independence.

The independence movement, the riots, and the influence of TikTok all have to be viewed within a broader geopolitical context.

China is keen to expand its influence in the Pacific region by aligning with "decolonisation" movements and doing deals with various island nations. Meanwhile Western powers are striving to bolster existing security arrangements there.

In 2022 China signed a "shock" security agreement with the Solomon Islands.  Leaked excerpts from the treaty would allow the government of the Solomon Islands to request "Chinese assistance," including police, armed forces, and other law enforcement, raising concerns about a potential Chinese takeover of these strategically located islands.

SHORTPOD (94) HOW RISHI MIGHT STILL WIN THE U.K. ELECTION

Also available on BitChute and Odysee

Most of the pundits have made up their minds: the UK is heading for a "Starmergeddon," with Labour set to turn their 20-point lead into a landslide victory reminiscent of 1997 and 1945. But is it as really as cut and dried as that? Is Rishi toast? Or is there a very credible path to Tory victory, one that runs through the 2015 election? Is Labour leader Keir Starmer about to encounter the dreaded Miliband Trap?

THE DISSIDENT RIGHT IS NOW A VANGUARD FOR THE LEFT

Stephen J James takes aim at so-called "Dissident Right" figures in the UK driving the "Zero Seats" meme, which aims at nothing less than the destruction of the Conservative Party at the next election. Oddly this comes just when Rishi Sunak's government has finally started cranking out a few hard-line, populist anti-immigration policies.

"BIRD BRAIN" HALEY EATS MASSIVE SHIT SANDWICH AND ENDORSES TRUMP

American party politics is mainly about taking it up the ass from people who despise you. Former Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley proved this on Wednesday when she endorsed Donald Trump, the former President, who repeatedly insulted her during the campaign by calling her "bird brain."

As reported by the BBC

Former Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley has said she plans to vote for Donald Trump, her former opponent and boss, in the 2024 US presidential election.

Ms Haley, who once served as Mr Trump's United Nations ambassador, was the last of his major rivals to drop out of the party primary contest, in early March.

At the time, she did not endorse him but urged him to earn the votes of the millions who had supported her.

On Wednesday, in her first public remarks since leaving the race, she said Mr Trump "has not been perfect", but that President Joe Biden "has been a catastrophe".

Haley is eating this major shit sandwich in public because she has to humiliate herself like a human door mat in order to protect her dim future prospects of being elected by Republican voters. Even then, Trump and his supporters are probably going to ask her to crawl around on all fours and bark like a dog. And, yes, she will do it.

Speaking on Wednesday at the conservative Hudson Institute think-tank in Washington DC, Haley pretended she was making a rational and honourable decision while debasing herself like cheap dime-store whore.

"As a voter, I put my priorities on a president who's going to have the backs of our allies and hold our enemies to account, who would secure the border, who would support capitalism and freedom, who understands we need less debt not more debt," she said. "Trump has not been perfect on these policies but Biden has been a catastrophe. So I will be voting for Trump."

DECODING POLITICS: IDENTITY INTERESTS Vs POLICY & PRINCIPLES

Luke Ford analyses and comments on the underlying patterns that influence and determine the various democratic processes in the United States.

WTF JUST HAPPENED IN THE NETHERLANDS?

The Anglosphere Media seem a tad reluctant to talk about the recent political goings on in the Netherlands, where a populist, right-wing, anti-immigration coalition has now been stitched together to take over the government, following months of discussions in the wake of the November 2023 election.

This reticence to comment on an apparently ground-breaking event is perhaps understandable, as many countries are having elections this year, and political establishments in the UK and elsewhere must be concerned about various knock-on and spill-over effects that could impact on their own elections.

For example, the success of somebody like Geert Wilders could boost a party like Reform UK or even prompt Nigel Farage to take his gammon-triggering talents back into front-line UK politics for the coming 2024 election.

Nevertheless what has happened in Holland is important for those of us interested in serious politics. The Netherlands, after all, is a country that has long been associated with a rather pragmatic, tolerant, and liberal attitude to life.

The new government, in which Geert Wilders' party the PVV is the biggest member with 37 seats (an increase of 20), includes three other parties.

The PVV itself has long been described as "right-wing," "populist," and "anti-immigrant, while in the past it was described by much more hysterical terms. Guess what there were. But what are the other three parties? Who or what are they?

The next biggest coalition partner is the VVD (yes, the initials of every Dutch political party have to sound like a particularly virulent sexual disease). The VVD got 24 seats in November's election (a drop of 10 from last time). Translated into English, they are "The People's Party for Freedom and Democracy" - basically "buzzword, buzzword, buzzword" - and come across as a vaguely libertarian and centre-right liberal party. Interestingly, they are led by Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius, who as the name suggests is not Dutch, but 50% Kurdish and 50% Turkish.

Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius, an actual "Kurk"

Next is the NSC with 20 seats. This is a new party that focuses on "welfare" and "good governance," but is essentially small-town Christian democrat -- and boomer. It is led by Pieter Omtzigt, who is married to a Syrian Christian, who is, we learn, "his sounding board, his critic and his rock."

Next it's the BBB with 7 seats, a farmers' party led by the half-Irish Caroline van der Plas. They were big winners in November's election gaining 6 seats. Apparently, the previous government's hard "anti-nitrogen" policies caused a rural backlash, and the BBB is the manifestation of that.

It is hard to see a general pattern in this coalition, which clearly embodies several distinct groups and concerns, and, as a result, can be considered volatile and unstable. But one interesting feature is that this
populist, right-wing, anti-immigration coalition is dominated by people like Wilders, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius, and Pieter Omtzigt who all have "immigrant skin" in the game. Wilders, remember, is of mixed Dutch and Indonesian background.

Is this yet another example of "ladderism," namely the tendency of politicians of certain migrant backgrounds being the most politically adept at pulling up the immigration ladder behind themselves? We shall see.

FORCED Vs. INNATE CRUELTY

As a follow-up to my latest essay about the differences in the nature of cruel behavior of Germans and Russians in the years leading up to and during World War II, and more precisely on the nature of Hitler's and Stalin's regimes, it occurred to me that this difference can be distilled into the following contrast: forced vs. innate cruelty. While the Nazis frequently articulated their brutal intentions, attempting to philosophically justify and rally support for their actions, Russians operated with a more inherent form of brutality, often committing their crimes in secrecy and without the need for public rationalization. This therefore impelled other Western nations to take more keen notice of Germany and become fixated on it, while being lenient on, or outright ignoring, the far ghastlier Evil emerging in the east. Because Germans, unlike Russians, were constantly out in the open, declaring to the world how cruel they are and/or plan to be.

In their open declarations of brutal objectives, the Germans, however, were not actually signaling to the world; they were rather persuading themselves to adopt a cruelty that was foreign to their nature. This phenomenon can be likened to a congenial person who, after being repeatedly bullied, resolves to toughen up. Such a transformation does not come naturally, and thus, he might speak frequently and openly about his newfound toughness, trying deep inside primarily to convince himself rather than others.

Conversely, an individual who is innately cruel or barbaric does not feel the need to boast about his cruel deeds. For him, brutality is second nature, an inherent aspect of his being. He acts barbarically without the accompanying declarations; his actions alone are his expressions of cruelty.

Therefore, the overt display of cruel intentions by the Germans could be seen less as an attempt to intimidate others and more as a struggle within themselves. They were, in essence, attempting to transform their fundamental nature from one of inherent civility and amiability - qualities forced aside by harsh humiliations following the defeat in World War I - to one of forced brutality. This public exhibition of cruelty was not so much a warning to others as it was an internal battle to adopt a harsher persona that was fundamentally at odds with their original character.

A comparative analysis of Adolf Hitler's and Joseph Stalin's early lives offers insight into the contrasting natures of German and Russian national characters, as well as their respective forms of cruelty. Accounts from those who knew Hitler describe him as naturally amicable, polite and shy in his youth, showing no inherent criminal tendencies. In stark contrast, Stalin was involved in criminal activities and led a gang during his youth, displaying strong antisocial and psychopathic tendencies.

This difference extends to the way each leader and their governments went about their violent intentions. Hitler, Goebbels, and other Nazi officials frequently used public speeches to openly declare their plans for Jews and other groups. Their rhetoric often included philosophical justifications for violence, underscoring its perceived necessity. This need to vocalize and rationalize their intentions suggests that such violence was not innate to them; they were not naturally violent but had to persuade both themselves and the German people, who were also not inherently barbaric, to embrace such behaviors.

On the other hand, the Soviet regime under Stalin committed acts of cruelty without the need for such public philosophical justifications. Russians often carried out their brutal acts clandestinely, without the overt chest-thumping that characterized Nazi declarations. This approach implies a more ingrained tendency towards violence in Russian people. The Soviet Union, by the time Hitler rose to power, had already been responsible for the deaths of tens of millions of people during peacetime, including the killing of 8 million Ukrainians during the Holodomor.

While Nazi officials frequently and openly expressed animosity towards Jews, Soviet officials never made public declarations about the need to address "the Ukrainian question", for example. Nor did they feel any need to organize conferences to delineate their plans on carrying out the genocide of Ukrainian people, or other peoples under their captivity.

This difference highlights the divergent nature of cruelty in Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia (or its latest reincarnation - Putin's Russia). While for Germany it was unnatural and therefore its leaders needed to emphatically persuade the public, and also themselves, to become brutal, the manifold barbarities of the Soviet regime, on the other hand, represented the innate character of the Russian people.

Thus, one can reliably argue that whereas Germany didn't deserve the harsh treatment it received during WWII, with its beautiful cities - the architectural historical jewels razed to the ground, its women raped, civilians hungered and tortured even after the end of the war, Russia, on the other hand, has continuously been treated more leniently than it should have been throughout history. If anything, it was the Soviet Union that should have received the “German treatment” during the Second World War. The same applies to present-day Russia.

This stark difference suggests that even a defeat in the ongoing war in Ukraine, or any larger scale conflict followed by attempts at re-education, may not fundamentally alter Russian attitudes or behavior. Unlike the Germans, who repented their wartime atrocities - acts so contrary to their nature that they provoked shock and guilt - it is unlikely that Russians would experience a similar response. Even a victorious Germany would still have found its way to remorse after Hitler's death, driven by a national character alien to the depths of Nazi crimes.

In contrast, for Russia, mere defeat and the ensuing clarification to the populace of its recent crimes in Ukraine and those in other historical epochs might not suffice. The transformation will require a profound de-Russification of the entire Eurasian expanse, in the sense that a renunciation of Russian historical identity and the adoption of new local identities will be necessary. Although reshaping identities will not change inherent behavioral traits of the people, it could definitely shift their incentives and motivations.

While Germany's Nazi era is a tragic deviation from its historical norm, the entire span of Russian history is marred by continuous transgressions. The whole Russian history is, in fact, one big Crime. Being a proud German is therefore laudable and should be encouraged more, whereas being a proud Russian already amounts to a transgression. Whereas German identity is an inherent part of Western Civilization aligned with its interests, Russian identity, on the other hand, is inherently hostile to the West. It must therefore be eradicated in order for the West to be safe from threats, to prosper and reach new heights.

SHORTPOD (93): THE DEATH OF IRAN'S PRESIDENT WON'T TRIGGER WWIII

Also available on Bitchute, Odysee, and Rumble

An over-rigid adherence to historical parallels is one of the chief weaknesses of the midwit mind. The death of Iran's President, which many are blaming on Israel without any evidence, has unleashed comparisons to the assassination of Franz Ferdinand in 1914 and the start of WWI. Are we really on the brink of another Sarajevo moment? Colin Liddell comments on the similarities and differences in the rich tapestry of historical reality.

HOPE FOR GROYPERS: ONE IN FIVE CHANCE THAT NICK FUENTES IS NOT GAY

When it comes to Nick Fuentes, Groypers follow the "one drop of masculinity" rule

After research using the most advanced artificial intelligence available, Neokrat can exclusively reveal that there is 21% chance that Nick Fuentes is not gay. This, of course, means there is corresponding 79% chance that he is fact gay.

The high quality research was undertaken after it was revealed Nick Fuentes had been
caught watching gay porn again

But does watching gay porn mean that someone is actually gay? We decided to find out by asking A.I. application ChatGTP what percentage of straight men watch gay porn.

ChatGTP instantly replied:

Studies show that a notable percentage of straight men watch gay porn. According to research, around 21% of straight men have watched same-sex porn in the past six months. This statistic highlights the complexity of sexual attractions and behaviors, which do not always align strictly with one's sexual identity (The Independent) (Advocate.com). This interest among straight men challenges traditional perceptions about sexual preferences and suggests that sexual attraction is influenced by various factors beyond just orientation.

So, there you have it, Nick Fuentes is only 79% gay. Practically a heterosexual chad in the world of Dissident Right politics.

DRAG QUEEN STORY HOUR: MORE EVIDENCE OF SPENCER BEING A COMPLETE SUB-MASCULINE

Here at Neokrat Towers, we are enormous fans of Richard Spencer. Not only is he comedy gold, but he is also excellent evidence of some of our key theories about the tendencies and defects of the so-called "Alt" or "Dissident Right."

Three of the most interesting facets of Dissident Right personalities exemplified by Richard are (1) the attraction felt by either sub-masculine or quasi-White men for Neo-Naziism, (2) the weakness of high intellect in the face of serious character flaws, and (3) the tendency to do dramatic U-turns when direct interests are threatened by, say, the Federal authorities.

Richard is proof of all three of these traits. Although a man of great intellect with an astronomically high IQ and verbal wit, he made some of the dumbest moves possible, simply because he found them emotionally or dramatically "compelling."

He also did a complete 180 on all his former Alt-Right views when he was gently tapped on the shoulder by the Feds and apparently offered a "sweetheart deal," while his followers at Charlottesville were jailed or driven to suicide.

But the most absurdly endearing attribute of Richard is just how totally sub-masculine he is, whether it is LARPing as an Apollonian, having a crush on Emmanuel Macron, accusing his former wife of sleeping with more manly men, or the totally camp and OTT way he talks about "destroying" the "nasty" Turks

But let's leave it to Richard to talk about how he loved to dress up in women's clothes and make-up back in his varsity days, as he did on a recent obscure Twitter space.

IS "LADDERISM" THE NEW FORCE IN BRITISH POLITICS?

Is Rishi trying to pull up the ladder after himself?

The British voter is, generally speaking, a moron who will probably vote for a Labour government at the next general election (or possibly a hung parliament), but if the Tories do surprise the pundits and manage to pull victory from the jaws of defeat, it will be because of some of the surprisingly "red meat" anti-immigrant stances of (checks notes) ...brown Tories.

At first, it only seemed to be Suella Braverman who wanted to give the voters what they actually said they wanted, namely, a lot less immigration, even if it did create a few problems for the economy and the fake economy of the public sector.

Anti-immigrant sentiment among voters still underrepresented by UK governments

At the time, there was a tendency to dismiss Suella as a rather dim politician who was naively channelling the "fears and concerns" of the doddery, old, Tory, gammon, blue rinse brigade, who yearned for the Whitopia of their 1950s youth. But, now, in the run up to the election, we are seeing even Rishi Sunak driving a lot of Enoch-Powell-like anti-immigration positions -- a bit of a bombshell in the world of conventional normie politics.

There is Rwanda, which still looks like a bad idea, but can be made to work with enough insane willpower and mad persistence. But there is also the massive hatchet job Rishi has done on foreign students bringing in dependents:

Video posted by Sunak on his Twitter (totally brutal)

Then there is the draconian anti-migrant law on foreign born spouses.
In order for a British citizen to bring in their foreign husband or wife they need to be earning £38,700 a year. According to ChatGTP, only  about 11.8% of the total population in the UK earns that figure or above and most of them are probably middle aged.

No comparable White politician in the public eye is doing anything like this. Labour's Keir Starmer is working hard to create an illusion that he will be "tough" on the gangs bringing illegal migrants across the channel in rubber dinghies. But his "Border Security Command" will almost certainly just be an improved ferry service for those members of the Third World excited by the prospect of a Labour Britain.

Sir Keir trying to target the racist boomer vote without imploding the Labour Party

No, if you want a modern day equivalent of Enoch Powell, there's only Suella and Rishi, those surprisingly brown figures who want to move heaven and earth (and refugee processing) to keep Britain mainly White.

It's all a little unsettling. Can they be relied upon? Are they sincere in their lets-play-fair-by-wishes-of-the-average-voter anti-immigrant positions?

In fact, is this a case of "ladderism," namely of the tendency of some people from migrant backgrounds to pull up the ladder after them, because they know that a Britain with too many of their own kind would be a lot less comfortable place, not just for the indigenous natives but for them too?

As someone who lives in a foreign country, it's quite nice being a comparatively rare foreigner (at least as long as their are no pogroms going). The last thing you want is for the sweet deal you've got going to be ruined by a flood of your oikish fellow kin. That and the fact that you have, of course, internalised your own colonisation.

FICO'S WOULD BE KILLER: SOME BOOMER PUMPED UP ON NEO-NAZI KREMLIN BULLSHIT

LOL, serious outbreak of shill-on-shill violence in Slovakia

Looks like the pro-Putin Prime Minister of Slovakia who was shot recently was shot by, ahem, another pro-Putin dude. It turns out the guy is Juraj Cintula, aged 71, who is associated with pro-Russian paramilitary group Slovenskí Branci (SB).

In fact it's pretty certain that SB was directly financed by Putin at some stage, as the group got its start in 2012 as the Slovak branch of the Night Wolves, a Russian motorcycle...erm,..."club" and an unofficial paramilitary organization of the Russian government.

Cintula's target Prime Minister Robert Fico was a slightly more mainstream version of a Russian shill, designed to infiltrate the corridors of European power by winning over the unsophisticated Slovak normie voters with cheap Kremlin-hyped populist talking points about men having cocks and women having fannies, etc.

While supporting Russia for Putinbux before 2022 should not be a hanging offence, Fico proved he was a shitty Kremlin shill after the invasion of the Ukraine by continuing to support Russia and by echoing fake Kremlin narratives.

U.K. UNVEILS FIRST PROTEST-PROOF PAINTING

The unveiling: too disgusting to meaningfully vandalise

In recent years the museums and art galleries of England have been ravaged by elderly middle class eco protestors smashing glass and spraying priceless works of art and heritage with paint and tomato soup.

Now, at last, the British establishment has struck back by creating new works of art that are proof against anything that groups like "Just Stop Oil" can throw at them.

The first in the serious was the latest "official" portrait of King Charles, which has cleverly been "pre-vandalised" by the artist to make the King look like a ghost emerging from a pool of vomit. In fact, it has been so skilfully done that whatever protesters do to it can only make it look better. Its only weak point are the beautifully painted sausage fingers.

DON'T WORRY HUMANS, A.I. WON'T TAKE YOUR JOBS AND WAGES WILL RISE

In a world increasingly dominated by automation and artificial intelligence, the fear of job displacement looms large. However, not all professions are destined for obsolescence. Certain roles require uniquely human skills that are difficult to replicate, ensuring their survival in the face of technological advancement. Moreover, these jobs are poised to not only endure but also command significant compensation in the future.

One such category of jobs is those centered around creativity and innovation. While AI can perform repetitive tasks efficiently, it often falls short in generating original ideas and understanding nuanced human emotions. Careers in fields like graphic design, content creation, and advertising rely heavily on human creativity and intuition. Individuals who can craft compelling narratives, design aesthetically pleasing visuals, and devise innovative marketing strategies will remain in high demand.

Another set of professions immune to automation are those requiring complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills. AI excels at processing vast amounts of data and identifying patterns but struggles with abstract thinking and contextual understanding. Jobs in fields such as management consulting, research and development, and data analysis demand human intellect to interpret data, formulate strategies, and make informed decisions.

Additionally, roles that involve interpersonal interaction and emotional intelligence are unlikely to be replaced by AI. Occupations like counseling, coaching, and customer service necessitate empathy, understanding, and the ability to connect with others on a personal level. Human touch in these roles is irreplaceable, ensuring continued demand and competitive compensation.

Furthermore, jobs that involve physical dexterity and adaptability are expected to remain resilient against automation. Professions such as skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry), healthcare (nursing, physical therapy), and emergency services require a combination of manual skill and quick thinking, making them challenging to automate fully.

In conclusion, while AI and automation are poised to transform the job market, certain professions will not only survive but thrive in the future. Careers that leverage human creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and physical dexterity are likely to command high salaries and job security, making them attractive choices for individuals navigating the evolving landscape of work.

AMERICA'S WEAK AND TIMID ECONOMY COWERS BEHIND EVER HIGHER TARIFF WALLS

America's weak and timid economy is in retreat mode again after US president, Joe Biden, announced a 100% tariff on Chinese-made electric vehicles.

As reported by the Guardian

"The US president, Joe Biden, has announced a 100% tariff on Chinese-made electric vehicles as part of a package of measures designed to protect US manufacturers from cheap imports. In a move that is likely to inflame trade tensions between the world’s two biggest economies, the White House said it was imposing more stringent curbs on Chinese goods worth $18bn... As well as a tariff increase from 25% to 100% on EVs, levies will rise from 7.5% to 25% on lithium batteries, from zero to 25% on critical minerals, from 25% to 50% on solar cells, and from 25% to 50% on semiconductors. Tariffs on steel, aluminium and personal protective equipment – which range from zero to 7.5% – will rise to 25%."

Although the move is merely symbolic -- the previous US President had already locked Chinese EVs out of the US market with a 25% tariff -- it reflects the increasing timidity of America's capitalist economy in the face of a globally assertive Chinese economy that can be mobilised to swamp any market it chooses with cheaper and "good enough" products to create future monopolies.

US companies, by contrast, struggle to acquire market share with technological innovations that can soon be stolen by competitors, workers who prioritise their own human rights over efficiency, and
investors who are soon distracted by various "get rich" schemes that don't involve them putting their money into long-term industrial production.

The biggest beneficiary of the tariff will be Elon Musk's Tesla company, which ironically has outsourced most of his production to China. Now Musk can continue to sell his overpriced Teslas to a captive US market, and even lower quality by shifting production back to US factories.

This may even influence some of the crappy opinions he pushes on Twitter.

KREMLIN RESHUFFLE: SHOIGU REPLACED BY BEAN COUNTER AND SHAKEDOWN MERCHANT

Putin's latest reshuffle has seen long-serving Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu (68) "kicked upstairs" and replaced by Andrei Belousov (65), formerly a Deputy Prime Minister. Shoigu had been the Head of the Armed Forces since 2012.

His successor Belousov is generally known as a bean counter and economic shakedown merchant, who is expected to push new strategies for extorting additional resources from Russian companies and individuals to support the war. This, rather than military matters, is expected to be his focus.

The move can be interpreted as an admission that sanctions are having an increasingly debilitating effect on the Kremlin's faltering war machine, and a signal that Putin is determined to pass the squeeze on to ordinary Russian citizens.

Shoigu meanwhile will occupy the purely ceremonial post of Head of the Security Council, an advisory talking shop that has no real power. This is almost as big a drop as that experienced by former Wagner group chief Yevgeny Prigozhin when Putin arranged for his plane to plummet from the sky a few months ago.
