MUSK UNBOWED BY ABJECT FAILURE OF LATEST SPACEX LAUNCH

In a trajectory not unlike Elon Musk's own political career, the latest SpaceX Starship has exploded in a cloud of fiery debris high above the Indian Ocean after a promising start.

As reported by the Guardian:

"The biggest and most powerful launch vehicle ever built lifted off at 6.36pm local time from the company’s facility near a southern Texas village that earlier this month voted to become a city also named Starbase.

The first signs of trouble emerged when the first-stage Super Heavy booster blew up instead of executing its planned splashdown in the Gulf of Mexico.

A live feed then showed the upper-stage spaceship failing to open its doors to deploy a payload of Starlink satellite 'simulators'.

Though the ship flew farther than on its two previous attempts, it sprang leaks and began spinning out of control as it coasted through space on a suborbital path before re-entering the atmosphere out of control and eventually breaking apart."

With Musk facing serious challenges to his other core businesses (Tesla & Twitter), the success of his rockets has never been more important to maintaining his personal brand as some kind of "super science n' business guru" instead of  just a weirdo on ketamine, living off hype and government contracts.

He is also in the process of launching a new "memecoin" and was pinning his hopes on a successful launch creating a positive buzz.

The official SpaceX account on Twitter responded with a worrying degree of levity in an attempt to downplay the enormous failure:

"Starship experienced a rapid unscheduled disassembly."

Meanwhile, Musk vowed to keep on keeping on, promising similar flights every three to four weeks. 

Grok, the artificial intelligence feature on Twitter, estimates that the cost of the rocket that exploded was around $120 million. As Musk has an estimated fortune of  $421 billion, it is theoretically possible for him to launch 3,510 similar rockets.

MOB OF ANGRY LIVERPOOL FANS PICKS FIGHT WITH CAR AND LOSES

Rich people not connected to Liverpool riding on a bus during the mass littering event

In what has become Britain's biggest news story, a mob of angry Liverpool fans picked a fight with a car and lost.

Dozens of fans were reportedly injured, some seriously, in what appears to have been a booze-fuelled attack on the vehicle, which was apparently minding its own business trying to go from A to B when it was attacked. 

Police are still piecing together what exactly happened, but it is known that the incident occurred during a "mass littering event" held to coincide with an unconnected group of rich people taking a bus ride through the city.

The rich people, some of whom are footballers and have zero connection with Liverpool except that they pick up their salaries there, are believed to have won some kind of sporting trophy recently. They had then decided to celebrate by using public transport instead of their usual limousines.

The bus ride by the rich foreigners was then used as an "excuse" by a giant undisciplined mob of "gassed up" Liverpudlians to clog the streets, disperse large quantities of garbage, and impede traffic, even on roads that had not been specially closed off by the police to facilitate the event. 

While several Liverpool fans were hospitalised, the car involved in the incident sustained relatively minor damage and is believed to be at a Kwikfit pending an insurance claim.

The King, who is in Canada in order to prevent it being invaded by America, and the Prime Minister, who is tirelessly working to preserve the independence of the Ukraine and Eastern Europe, have both been informed of this much more important news story and have been asked to rush to the site of the minor street scuffle to show their concern.

ISRAEL IS A GIANT MACHINE FOR GENERATING ANTI-SEMITISM

You may or may not have noticed it, but the World has a funny old way of working: For thousands of years Anti-Semitism had been a pretty well established thing (Popes, Tsars, even Winston Churchill did it), then, along came the Nazis, and suddenly, just a few short years later, everybody was ready to cut the Jews plenty of slack and even forget the occasional awkward incident. 

Yes, the Nazis' big achievement, and one they were certainly not happy about, was getting the world to -- kind of, sort of -- love the Jews. But it doesn't stop there. Israel, which was -- kind of, sort of -- founded on that upsurge of post-WII love and sympathy, and which was supposed to provide a "happy homeland" for any Jews that felt the need for it, is increasingly having something of an unintended side effect. This was already obvious long before the current shitshow. genocide in Gaza.

Here is CBN News (Christian Broadcasting News) reporting on developments back in 2021 when Gaza was off the menu:

Phone video of attacks against Jews in cities across the U.S. shared on social media shows how Palestinian supporters are bringing the war against Israel and against Jews to America's streets. 

Jews around the world know from experience that when Israel is attacked and fights back, they become even bigger targets for antisemitic violence. 

A Jewish man was savagely beaten in New York's Diamond District. Another in Times Square.  

In Los Angeles, a man is being held on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after an antisemitic attack on Jewish diners. Ten cars full of Palestinian supporters rolled up and tried to attack them as they ate outside in Beverly Hills. 

Police are investigating the incident as a hate crime.

In Canada, a Jew was seen being chased in broad daylight.

 In Florida, a pro-Palestinian caravan displayed the words, "Hitler was right."

And in Hallandale Beach, Florida, a man yelled antisemitic remarks at a rabbi in front of a synagogue. He later returned so he could dump a bag of human feces in front of the building while shouting, "Jews should die!" 

Rabbi Abraham Cooper of the Simon Wiesenthal Center says, "The language of the caravans that are going through Jewish areas with antisemitic slogans saying 'we're going to rape your wives and children,' and things like that...there's a sense that it's open season and fair game against Jews." 

 

And this was just in America, the number one philosemitic country in the World! Imagine how bad it must be elsewhere. In fact, it's getting to the point where a lot of people are even starting to re-evaluate Adolf Hitler in what, shall we say, are disturbing ways:

The Anti-Defamation League has documented antisemitism on multiple social media platforms, including 17,000 tweets that used variations of the phrase, "Hitler was right", and 193 antisemitic incidents in the week after the fighting in the Middle East began.

The fact that Hitler was almost everybody's enemy now seems to be lost in the weirdly "woke" narrative of opposing the "colonialist," "apartheid" state of Israel.

A lot of this is driven by Israel continuing to be a "bad fit" with its Middle Eastern neighbours and thus frequently bombing them with scant regard for civilian casualties while pretending to be a humanitarian democracy. But also, we can be sure, that this fracture line and the up-until-recently dormant anti-Semitism that underlies much of Post-Christian Western society is also being played up by the usual bad actors.

I'm not going to get hung up too much on the details of Israel's chequered history, but if you think there should be a Jewish state, then Palestine 1948 seems to be a not entirely unreasonable place to put it.

It could have been put in a number of other places, of course, and in fact, Madagascar, Patagonia, Uganda, and some others were all once mentioned as possible locations at various times. Personally, I have always been in favour of putting it on former German territory, such as the old Northern half of East Prussia that is now a detached part or Russia, but obviously Palestine was the sort of compromise that would get the inherently anti-statist religious Jews on board with the project. 

But the problem with Palestine, apart from its pre-existing population, is that it has historically served as a convenient corridor for various conquering armies moving between Syria, Arabia, and Egypt. So, having placed the embryonic Jewish state in such a difficult-to-defend bit of topography, the seizure of more and more land (the West Bank and the Golan Heights, etc.) from the understandably unwelcoming locals became more and more of a necessity.

Whichever side you favoured, you could the logic of both, including that of Israel's. They kinda, sorta needed to do it. But the end result of all this is that the Israelis have now created a situation, where, if they lose a war just once, they will no longer exist; while, if they don't lose, they just end up looking like the bad guy.

In 2019, in an article titled "Winning On the Wrong Side of History," I explored this problem:

The conundrum that Israel faces is very simple. It is this: If you do colonialism and apartheid in the post-colonial and post-apartheid age, then people are going to notice. But alternatively, if you don't do colonialism and apartheid in a region where you are a tiny, hated minority then you are dead.

I then put it in a nutshell: 

In a world where Leftist values of "anti-racism" and narratives of "White privilege" dominate, Israel's realpolitik approach is going to run out of road pretty soon."

Opening up that nutshell, there's an even smaller nutshell inside:

Israel, because of when it is and where it is, has to be what it is, and what this is, is effectively a giant machine generating hatred for Jews worldwide. 

Today in 2025, we are seeing this more than ever in the situation in Gaza and the plunge in Israel's favourability ratings. What I find surprising today is that even though the World is less dominated by those Leftist values than it was five or six years ago, the paradox still exists for Israel. 

Instead of giving up land for peace, it is faced with a situation where it must continually give up popularity for immediate survival, and as it does so it weakens its long term prospects. 

But, as we see in the reports of rising anti-Semitism around the world, there is more at stake than merely Israel. Jews everywhere are increasingly at risk from the waves of anti-Semitism that the Zionist State is sending out into the World like a giant transmitter.

HOW HAS GAZA HARMED ISRAEL'S STANDING IN THE WEST

Israel burying the mangled corpse of its favourability rating?

Everybody in the Third World already hates or has a deeply cynical view of Israel, viewing the Zionist State as a extension of European colonialism or US neo-colonialism.

But how has the ongoing "situation" in Gaza affected Israel's wider standing in the West, an area that it has traditionally relied on for essential diplomatic, financial, military, and moral support?

How has the slaughter or over 50,000 Gazans (70% women and children), the destruction of 70% of the buildings in Gaza, and the apparent attempt to inflict mass starvation on the rest of the population fed through into the poll ratings of what is often called the "only democracy in the Middle East"?

The numbers for Israel look extremely bleak.

Already the mainstream media, traditionally very careful about criticising Israel, have turned with, for example, important UK newspapers, like the Financial Times, The Guardian, and The Independent, all condemning Israel.

Also, Israel has been sanctioned by the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ), a generally powerless body, but one that has soft power that impacts on wider public opinion. 

Also, as much Western power is in fact soft power that relies on building moral cases against supposedly "tyrannical" opponents, like Iran, Russia, or North Korea, it becomes problematic, to say the least, when Western governments attempt to turn a blind eye to human rights abuses by Israel, as they have done in the past.

In other words, how Israel is viewed in the West is not just a matter of random opinion, but creates a "structural" problem in geopolitical relationships. Israel, much more than the well-established "pariah" nations already mentioned, depends on having extremely positive PR.

This is reflected in the enormous attention and energy that Israel gives to how it is perceived in the West. But even this effort, known as "hasbara" (Hebrew for "explanation" or public diplomacy) has opened it up to criticism. This is because Israel now has an established track record of repeatedly lying in its try-hard hasbara efforts and running underhanded influence ops, involving smears, threats, and blackmail. This means that its propaganda efforts are now creating increasing negative backwash.

This unrelated picture is put here simply to break up the text, obviously.

Of course, most people are extremely low information, so it takes time for these negative impacts to filter through to what is known as "public opinion," which can also be distracted or side-tracked by other issues, but the pattern is now unmistakable:

Israel is torching its image with the Western public even more than it is destroying Gaza. 

In a May 2025 YouGov poll only 12% of Britons believed the UK should be supportive of Israel, with 41% thinking the UK should be more critical, while 59% believed Israel was committing human rights abuses in Gaza. This was a major swing from earlier polls, but also interesting is the fact that even some who still support Israel or are in uncommitted, now believe that it is committing human rights abuses, which it is, of course, by any objective analysis.

Germans who feel they have to support Israel for, ahem, "historical reasons," seem to be shaking off their decades-old "inverted anti-Semitism," with Israel’s favorability dropping to 30%, a massive decline from previous years.

In a recent PIPD Poll, 49% of Germans supported a ban on arms trade with Israel, while 33% believed that Israel was committing "genocide," an often nebulous term, but one which has a unmistakable stench that is increasingly associated with Netanyahu, Likud, its allies, and the Zionist State.

Support for banning arms the trade with Israel is at 65% in Italy, 62% in Belgium, 51% in France, and 50% in Sweden, while associating Israel with genocide was at 49% in Italy, 46% in Sweden, 43% in Belgium, and 34% in France.

According to a 2025 YouGov "general sentiment" poll, “every single European nation surveyed has an overwhelmingly negative view of Israel.”

A Morning Consult "trends" poll, from 2024 into 2025) saw Israel’s net favourability drop by 18.5 percentage points globally, going from -17.1 to -29.8 in the UK and -39.9 to -62.0 in Japan. 

America is, of course, behind the curve as it is a society much more open to foreign influence operations, while also having a large and influential Zionist lobby, supported both by Jews and evangelical Christians. But there are even signs here that support is collapsing.

In 1991, Israel, before its extremist Likudist phase, had a favourability rating of 79%, By 2023, decades of Zionist excesses, mediated by effective hasbara operations, had managed the decline down to 58% favourability. This shot up in the wake of the Hamas attack on Israelis on 7th October 2023, but has subsided down to 54% today, according to a Gallup poll in February 2025.

This shows that Israel has more than used up the "victimization dividend" caused by the attacks. Meanwhile, Palestinian favourability in the US has risen to a record high of 32%. Among younger Americans (18-34), support for Israel has plummeted to 29%, with 48% now sympathizing with Palestinians.

A Pew Research Center poll from March 24-30, 2025 showed that 53% of U.S. adults expressed an unfavourable opinion of Israel, up from 42% in March 2022, while the share with "very unfavourable" views has doubled from 10% to 19% over this period. 

As yet, these mood swings have yet to have much hard power impact on Israel, but already moves are under way to restrict arms shipments and even impose sanctions on extremist elements in the Israeli government.

The long term view, however, is that even with a radical change in direction towards more humanitarian policies, rebuilding goodwill for Israel in Western countries would not only be an uphill task, but would be like climbing a mountain during an avalanche.

WILL MORGOTH BE JAILED BY STARMER'S "STASI"?

This kind of thing is 'fun' when you are anonymous, 

not so much when the UK state knows where you live.

Following the doxxing of Morgoth (now better known to the authorities as Michael Wright), the question arises of why would antifa group Hate Not Hope (HHH) even do this?

My guess is that this is not the end of the process, but merely preparation for a subsequent move. 

Some may have forgotten, many may never have known, but the Morgoth's Review blog, which of course has been carefully archived by people like HHH and the British Deep State, once included copious content from the likes of Sven Longshanks.

Morgoth boosted and echoed Longshanks in his own content, while also embedding Longshank's Radio Aryan podcasts (which also included the still anonymous Brutus). 

But what happened to Longshanks and why should Morgoth (and possibly Brutus) be worried? 

Like Morgoth, Longshanks was also doxxed and, once his real identity was out there, it was not long before he was prosecuted and jailed for two-and-a-half years for "racist podcasts" and being "a stain on our humanity."

As the BBC reported at the time:

Sentencing, Judge Rees said Allchurch "had an agenda of racial hatred" and that "it beggars belief that someone would want to speak these words at all".

"The content of these podcasts were vile. Listening to them as the jury had to was a disturbing experience," he said.

"You were bent on inciting racial hatred... you chose your words carefully to that end."

Welsh Nazi, Sven Longshanks 

It would actually be shocking if no further action were taken against Wright by the British state, who tend to err heavily on the side of caution when it comes to people they regard as pushing radical and divisive content. Also, it is very important for them to prosecute enough White British "extremists" to even up the numbers of Muslim and other ethnic "hate preachers."

In fact, I would say there is a greater than 50% chance of Wright being prosecuted in some way.

The best thing that Morgoth could do to avoid a spell of porridge would be to go abroad for a few years. As he now lives in Northern Ireland, the easiest way would be to slip across the border to the Republic, or perhaps fly out to America and claim political asylum.

CHAGOS BRITISH NATIONALISM IS THE WORST FORM OF NATIONALISM

Right now, the sewer that is social media is full of a peculiar kind of feculence that I will refer to as "Chagos British Nationalism."

This is a form of emotionally incontinent, informationally challenged British nationalism that expresses extreme butthurt over the handover of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius, from which they were detached in 1965 (three years before the UK gave Mauritius its independence).

This form of nationalism, characterised by extremely decontextualised takes and hysteria, is now being pumped and pushed by everyone from Tory leader Kemi Badenoch to the whole of Reform UK to Reform's dark-money-funded TV channel (K)GB News.

The spiel goes something like this (from Kemi Badenoch's Twitter):

"Chagos has been ours since 1814. It hosts a vital military base. Surrendering it to Mauritius is an act of national self-harm.

It leaves us more exposed to China, and ignores the will of the Chagossian people. 

AND WE'RE PAYING BILLIONS TO DO SO!"

This is funny because it was the Tories who actually started the process of handing over the islands and doing this same deal with Mauritius. I remember first hearing about it when Liz Truss was Prime Minister. Now that they are out of government they are suddenly dead against it. 

Or there is this ludicrous piece of cheap hysteria from an obviously astroturfed alt-media figure:

"Keir Starmer is the Chamberlain of our time. Today, he’s set to hand over the Chagos Islands to Mauritius, a state backed by Beijing, while British taxpayers foot an eye-watering £52 billion bill. It’s a moment of national humiliation. The sun has finally set on Britain."

What seems to upset the Brit ignorantii commenting on social media the most is the notion that the UK is giving up not only a part of its "great empire," but also a nice sunny tropical island that prompts fever dreams of escaping their native damp and fog.

Britain and the Chagos Islands be like this. Why break them up, tho?

The fact that the deal involves paying Mauritius around £3.4 billion over the next 100 years (not £52 billion!) is a secondary consideration.

These easily manipulated idiots (and the shills pushing their buttons) present a view that has little real understanding of the deal or the thinking behind it, which, to be fair, invites a variety of opinions. It is, however, not the abject act of surrender that it is being portrayed as. 

My own view is not aligned with that of the UK government either, but it is not based on emotionally incontinent witterings about fake "British greatness," or ridiculous stabs at geopolitical paranoia, like that attempted by the Conservative Party's own Nigerian anchor baby.

In her tweet, quoted above, Badenoch purports to see the deal as some kind of stepping stone to a Chinese invasion of Britain, despite the intervening 10,000 nautical miles. 

The problem with the deal is this: the UK likes to have a larger geopolitical footprint than it perhaps merits. If this is what you want (and this can of course be questioned) then using soft power and working with partners and coalitions is an absolute necessity, and also a real cost saver.

But in order to get these benefits, you need to be seen as "moral," as the global good guy, and whiter than white. Being the "colonial cunt" that kicked the "poor little Chagossians" off their islands so the Yanks could have a nice big military base there, is, how shall I say, "problematic," especially when you're trying to suck up to the Global South as Britain is. 

Britain, let me be clear, is not interested in following the same pariah path that Israel is on.

When the International Court of Justice passed an "advisory opinion" in 2019 that the UK's control of the Chagos Islands was "unlawful" (due to detaching the islands from Mauritius in 1965), it was backed by a heavy vote in the UN General Assembly, with 116 votes against Britain and only 6 for.

Needless to say, this placed the UK in a difficult position because our "number one ally" America desperately needed to keep using the base there to beef up its faltering Middle East presence and the weakening petrodollar. 

The deal reached, which is now very much approved of by the Trump Administration, is to essentially "give" the islands back to Mauritius and then lease them back. This is designed to get round this problem of maintaining hard power (US surveillance and bombers) while retaining soft power (the UK as a kind of cuddly global Paddington Bear).

That's where the costs of £3.4 billion over 100 years come in. This is mainly leasing fees, but also includes funds to "look after the baby" of the approximately 10,000 Chagossians and their descendants evicted from the islands by Britain between 1967 and 1973. 

The deal also includes measures to prevent other foreign powers, like China, from establishing military bases and surveillance facilities on any of the Islands, pushing up the cost a little more. The UK even retains a right of first refusal after the lease term ends, ensuring an almost permanent say in the security of the archipelago.

Whether you agree with all this or not -- and I don't -- the deal is a fairly reasonable and rational solution to a UK government that is attempting to square the circle of being the global good guy to its partners and friends in the Commonwealth and the Global South; while also serving the hard power requirements of the US, which really, really wants to have this base. 

My criticism of all this is that the old order of global alliances hinged on a pragmatic USA, combined with a "rules based" international system, which post-Imperial Britain was comfortable operating in, has started to look increasingly ragged and threadbare since the advent of Donald Trump.

Stocks in hard power are rising, while those in soft power are falling. In such a world, having a territory this far from Britain could prove an extremely expensive liability.

But what really stinks about Chagos British Nationalism is the contemptuous attempt by calculating politicians and malicious Kremlin shit stirrers to use the inability of the moronic social media herd to understand complex issues to generate a stampede of hysteria for their own ends. Don't be duped.

"POPULAR" NAZI YOUTUBER MORGOTH DOXXED

Popular (because boosted by the Russian bot network) YouTuber Morgoth has finally and predictably been doxxed by Hate Not Hope (HNH), a so-called "antifa"  organisation. Well, Morgoth is an actual Nazi, so fair enough, although it seems a bit rich to blame him for the Dylann Roof shootings.

So who is the lugubriously Geordie-voiced person behind the J.R.R. Tolkien-inspired avatar? None other than a tubby, neckless, 49-year-old dude with upside-down hair called "Michael Far-Wright" -- sorry, just "Michael Wright." 

HNH's investigation tracked Wright down to the Tyneside town of Seaton Delaval, although he seems to have recently fled to Northern Ireland, possibly in an attempt to evade his pursuers. 

The doxxers appear to have been sitting on Morgoth's identity since August 2023 when one of their undercover spies met him at a far-right conference called "Scyldings" in the Oxfordshire countryside. Also present were Carl Benjamin (aka Sargon of Akkad) and Persian Nazi Neema Parvini (Academic Agent). The organisers of the event reportedly allowed Morgoth's true identity to slip out, being too excited by his appearance to keep it a secret.

In April 2025, Morgoth admitted to not even being properly English, shamefully admitting to 30% Welsh and 28% Irish DNA, while proudly boasting of 10% Northern Irish and Scottish DNA.

This left only a pathetic 32% of English DNA, which is less than Bob Marley and probably less than Barack Obama who is reputed to be 30-35% of English DNA.

PALESTINIAN "RESETTLEMENT PLAN" IS JUST MORE SLOP POLITICS

There has been a lot of buzz on social media about the supposed US plan to resettle approximately one million people from the Gaza Strip to various sites in Libya. This is, we are told, to make way for Donald Trump's other plan to turn the Gaza Strip into a new Riviera.

The Gaza-to-Libya resettlement plan (AKA ethnic cleansing plan) is based on an NBC new story, which makes it all seem very real and also shows how gullible journalists can be: 

"The plan is under serious enough consideration that the administration has discussed it with Libya’s leadership, two people with direct knowledge of the plans and a former U.S. official said.  In exchange for the resettling of Palestinians, the administration would potentially release to Libya billions of dollars of funds that the U.S. froze more than a decade ago, those three people said."

The actual amount of frozen Libyan assets is $34 billion.

There are also fears on social media that Libya would only be an intermediate stage for a renewed wave of mass migration of Palestinians into Europe, possibly with the actual connivance of America as part of some dastardly plan to stir up populism nationalism and division amongst the EU states in a deft move to weaken the it vis-a-vis the USA. 

This all sounds rather far fetched for this obviously short-sighted and increasingly erratic US government. Of course, it's quite possible that members of the Trump administration have been discussing such a plan with elements of Libya's leadership, but that doesn't actually mean that there is any serious intention to follow through with it. It's much more likely to be a case of just the Trump administration attempting, in Steve Bannon's words, to "flood the zone with shit" again, or in other words "slop politics."

In an earlier article I defined slop politics, noting its similarities to the kind of garbage that social media algorithmically targets at you to gain your fleeting attention. I also made the distinction between such political slop and "old fashioned" politics that sincerely tried to address issues and make a difference, whether that difference was for better or worse:

"Real politicians look for sensible, solid, workable solutions that can be processed into actual laws, and then enforced. It's hard work and it unfortunately takes time and requires building consensus. It's also kind of boring. Slop politicians, by contrast, throw everything up in the air and shoot off a few performative gestures that are just good enough to grab your incontinent attention and make you feel like something important is happening..."

The people behind the Trump Administration are completely cynical at amoral about the way they manipulate the news narrative. They are also deeply ignorant about many of the issues that they weaponize as "slop bombs." 

The fact is that there is simply no possibility of a Gaza-to-Libya resettlement plan happening, but the point is that almost nobody except for a few experts on Middle Eastern politics or well-informed people of high IQ will realise this. Everybody else is too ignorant about political realities to know that this plan is pure, unrealistic slop. In short, they are effectively easily manipulated "pigs."

First of all, the plan itself remains unconfirmed. Despite the story , the administration has directly denied its existence:

“These reports are untrue. The situation on the ground is untenable for such a plan. Such a plan was not discussed and makes no sense.”

Of course this doesn't mean that the administration has not discussed such a plan, but it shows that the it is mainly interested in using it as slop rather than has something more substantial. But even if the US government got fully behind the plan, it is still not going to happen. Why?

Quite simply because Libya is a basket case and the entire Middle East is and Europe would be against such a blatant case of ethnic cleansing. In fact, this is just a case off earlier political slop hinting at relocating Palestinians to Sudan, Somalia, or Somaliland, Which completely went nowhere.

Right now Libya looks like this:

There is no clear, unified government, and even if there were, it would face massive pressure diplomatically and from its own people to resist the plan.

The supposed party with which the plan would deal, the Government of National Unity (the orange bit), has previously rejected using Libyan territory for deporting small groups of migrants. It would hardly welcome one million Palestinians even for the $34 billion of its own money that is on the table ($3400 per migrant). 

Also, the plan would have to incentivize Palestinians, by offering them sufficient incentives and accommodation to relocate. None of that would be cheap, and the no-one would finance it, especially those rich Gulf States that Trump has been sucking up to in recent days.

All of the Gulf States and Egypt are already on record as defining the removal of Palestinians from Gaza as ethnic cleansing, and if Trump's recent visit to the Middle East has proved anything, it has proved that America's leverage over the Middle East is sharply in decline and that the leverage has now started to flow the other way; this is why we saw Trump doing a deal with Hamas that bypassed Israel, while also lifting sanctions on Syria, etc.

Even far-right hard-liners in Israel’s government, like Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who believe in "relocating" Palestinians, think it should be done "voluntarily." Whatever they privately think, this at least shows the limits of their position in terms of realistic policy.

So, forget about this absurd plan.

Nowadays, with the new cycle you have to be increasingly adept at filtering out the garbage and sluicing off the slop. If you don't, your brain will increasingly be occupied by political and geopolitical spam that will waste your time, deplete your energy, and pollute your thought processes, with the end result that you will disconnect from politics.

This is entirely the objective of slop politics. It is in a tool of depoliticization used by elites, in this case the Trump Administration, to place you in a relationship of passivity to reality and power.

PRO-ISRAEL GROUP PRAISES "HEALTH BENEFITS" OF GAZA GENOCIDE

Jonathan Turner, the PR equivalent of repeatedly punching yourself in the face with an axe

UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI), a group that blindly marches in lockstep with any Zionist excesses, has claimed that starving the Gazan population to death is actually good for the health of the people slowly dying of malnutrition in the beleaguered death camp, which is also routinely bombed and strafed by Israel jets and snipers. 

The comment was made in a letter by Jonathan Turner, the chief executive of UKLFI, after the Co-operative council tabled a motion at its annual meeting to ban the selling of Israeli produce in its stores. However, this motion is advisory, meaning the board is not obligated to act even if it passes.

Urging the Co-op council to withdraw the motion, Turner wrote that critics of Israel's actions:

"...ignored factors that may increase average life expectancy in Gaza, bearing in mind that one of the biggest health issues in Gaza prior to the current war was obesity."

Despite equating genocide by malnutrition to Weight Watchers, the UKLFI is a pretty mainstream organisation, with patrons who include the former supreme court judge John Dyson, the former Conservative leader Michael Howard and David Pannick KC, who has represented the late Queen and even the notorious "immigration criminal" Boris Johnson.

In the first 12 months of the war in Gaza, life expectancy has decreased by 34.9 years, according to a study in the British medical magazine Lancet. This is about half the pre-war level of 75.5 years. By now it is probably down to kindergarten levels.

Israel also bans all journalists from reporting on its "dietary experiments" in Gaza, and apparently takes special pains to ensure that any journalists working there are "accidentally" shot on purpose.

Despite these Herculean PR efforts at "controlling the narrative," Israel is now about as popular as Apartheid South Africa, Nazi Germany, or the Bubonic Plague of the 14th Century, which wiped out one-third of Europe's population.

TRUMP'S PERFECT STORM OF DE-DOLLARISATION

The dollar was never going to die, it had to be killed, and almost everything Donald Trump has done since becoming President has been a stab in the greenback's back. The fact that this currency assassination hasn't seen too much turbulence in the stock market may be proof that the world is ready to move away from the dollar rather than proof of any remaining dollar stability.

The basic equation has switched from US debt creation riding on the back of a virile and dominant US dollar to the dollar now riding on the back of the US's increasingly turbo-charged debt addiction, with greenback looking increasingly ragged as a result. This in turn is driving away investors in US debt, creating an increasingly downward toxic spiral.

The more unstable the dollar appears, the less investors want it, raising the costs of US government debt and adding to the instability that is driving investors away. Trump's "trump card" of DOGE turned out to be a busted flush. Instead of "trillions in savings" and "renewed confidence in the dollar," it will, at best, save a few paltry billions or even add to government debt. Likewise the tariffs.

The next ingredient in the perfect storm of Donaldian de-dollarisation does not depend on him but on rivals to the dollar, mainly the Chinese Renminbi and the Euro. The Euro has soared, gaining around 10% in the last few months, making it very attractive for investors.

Meanwhile, the Renminbi has budged up around 1% against the dollar. This is entirely because the Chinese government has zero intention of allowing the dollar to devalue against their currency and push down their exports. Under normal conditions the Renminbi would be shooting up like the Euro or even the Yen back in the 1980s.

This desire of the Chinese to keep their exports cheap may stand in the way of the Renminbi replacing the dollar as the next reserve currency. After all, who wants to park their wealth in a currency that may suddenly be manipulated downwards. Both the dollar and the Renminbi are suffering from this effect right now.

But this is apparently why the Chinese central bank created the Digital Renminbi, a blockchain-driven digital currency, which is designed to work as an efficient tool for de-dollarisation and a weapon aimed at the downfall of dollar hegemony.

In theory, it is supposed to remain convertible with the Renminbi on a 1:1 basis, but that may change at some point in the future. But the Chinese already are presenting it as a "safe" and stable" alternative for global investors wary of the turbulence of the dollar caused by America's "unmanageable" debt and Trump's erratic policies. 

One of the most prominent Chinese economists Zhang Ming, deputy-head of the Financial Research Institute at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, writing in the People's Daily on the 29th April, said: 

"The credit of US debt has been severely damaged, and in the end it's the foundations of US dollar hegemony that have been shaken. In other words, global investors will have an increasingly intense desire to invest in other secure assets. [They will] increasingly shift towards other secure assets that possess ample liquidity, comparatively high returns and possess sufficiently large scale." source

According to another prominent Chinese economist Li Jian, the Digital Renminbi is mainly designed to displace the dollar as a means of "cross border settlements," basically as the medium of international trade, including of course oil.

"As Sino-US trade frictions worsen, against the background of the reshaping of global supply chains, the innovations of the Digital Renminbi cross-border settlement system have already emerged as a strategic weapon for China to break through US dollar hegemony and shape a new trade system," Li wrote on social media. 

While Western democracies may be reluctant to switch to the Digital Renminbi even with Trump behaving as he is, other parts of the world are not so adverse. 

Following Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs on 2nd April, the Chinese started to roll out adoption of the Digital Renminbi for cross-border payments in South-east Asia and the Middle East. Both of these are areas where Beijing has built up respect for its steadiness in finance, quietly reinforced by the implicit threat of it massive economic muscle. 

If the Digital Renminbi could catch on in just these two areas, that in itself might be enough to finish off the petrodollar and US fiscal dominance, while pumping yet more economic chaos into America's house of cards. 

In fact, Trump's advisers may know this and this may explain his sudden decision to dump Bibi Netanyahu and cosy up to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and even Hamas in recent days.
