Fart of the deal: Trump cucking to hostage diplomacy
It's not a good sign. President Trump has been totally cucked again in his latest deal, a prisoner exchange with Russia.
As reported by Reuters:
The United States will release Russian Alexander Vinnik, a suspected cybercrime kingpin, as part of an exchange with Russia that freed Marc Fogel... Vinnik operated BTC-e, once one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges. He was arrested in 2017 and detained at Washington's request on suspicion of laundering $4 billion through the exchange. In May, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering and faced 20 years in prison.
BTC-e was launched specifically as part of the hack on MtGox back in 2014 and thereafter used to fund Russian-backed cybercrime and Black ops around the World.
So, basically a major cog in the Kremlin's global crime network walks free while America gets some nobody, a school teacher arrested on cannabis charges in order to serve as an exchange token.
Really, the asymmetry here is mind-boggling. This is like trading an aircraft carrier for a beat-up fishing boat. The rumours about Putin having humiliating kompromat on Trump must be right.
Until you find out that etched to the bottom of the fishing boat are directions to hidden treasures, eh, eh?
