Colin Liddell comments on the latest person of South Asian origin to attain a position of political prominence in the UK, namely Humza Yousaf, recently elected First Minister of 95% White Scotland by the fast shrinking membership of the so-called "Scottish" Nationalist Party.
I’m reminded of the SFA appointing Berti Vogts as Scotland manager in response the perceived success of Sven Goran Eriksson as England manager.
ReplyDeleteIf Yousaf was remotely charismatic or competent then I would be more worried but he is an unlikeable incompetent dork so his appointment may be a good thing in the long run provided there are still some ornery tendencies in the wider electorate. But is it enough?
